Toshiyuki Matsushima President and CEO Before establishing Fitech Laboratories , Inc. in June 2001, Mr. Matsushima was chairman of Fitech Inc. in Japan, which he founded in 1998. In the 20 months he oversaw the company, it grew to a 110-person operation with $12M in revenue, primarily from the development of NetStock, the leading Internet trading system in Japan, for Matsui Securities Co., Ltd. Before joining Fitech Inc., Mr. Matsushima was president of Bees Computer, which he co-founded. Bees Computer developed custom software, including a commodity trading system, a stock trading system and a messaging infrastructure for bond management systems, using object-oriented technology. Bees Computer also developed a flexible technical analysis framework on NeXTStep that was licensed to a large Japanese computer company, and an infrastructure for risk-index calculation and delivery system for a large Japanese securities company. Mr. Matsushima received his Master's of Science degree in Computer Science in 1990 from Stanford University, and worked for three years as a research/teaching assistant at Stanford's Computer Science and Genetics Departments where he published several papers. He has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics and an M.S. in Mathematical Analysis from Kyoto University. Warlu Kothapalli Executive Director, R&D and Technology Division Warlu Kothapalli joined Fitech Labs as Director of Professional Services in charge of leading the xTrade; product customization and partner support team. Prior to joining our firm, Warlu actively participated in the success of Fitech Labs, by implementing the highest quality standards in product and service delivery, acting as a senior consultant independent contractor. Warlu has over 11years of experience in all phases of application software development, from design and architecture, developing and quality assurance to project management. His experience is as solid as it is versatile, as he has consulted for companies with different backgrounds across various industries, such as Insurance Companies (Skandia), System Integrators (SII) or even networking equipment manufacturers (Cisco). Warlu holds a BS in Computer Science, a Master of Software Engineering (M.S.E.) from Brandeis University, Waltham, MA, USA and is fluent in Japanese. Andrei Kouznetsov Deputy Director General, Fitechlabs SPB Since Andrei Kuznetsov joined Fitech Laboratories, Inc. in 2003, he has been leading the development of Fitech’s middleware product xTier Andrei has more than ten years of experience in developing various mission critical systems and system products. Before joining Fitech, Andrei had worked in various EC projects as the project manager, developing on-line application products and tools, such as eSiteBuilder3.0, CCTool, eAdvertisement, eShop for eProduction AG. Before managing projects for eProduction AG, he had worked for debis Systemhaus GmbH (a DaimlerChrysler Company) developing a large mission critical application for a natural gas distribution system, an enterprise publishing system, etc. Andrei holds a M.S. in System Engineering from Technical Cybernetics Department of St. Petersburg State Technical University, Russia. |
